Our Mission
We believe design impacts lives; as such, we exist to create uplifting environments that will enrich the quality of community life.
Our People
Our community-focused team has been working in Columbus for the last five years by creating enjoyable living environments, one property at a time. We specialize in helping our clients capture their vision by collaborating with them to meet their needs in an engaging process. Our professional team is not only dedicated and diligent in seeing projects from initial design concept to final completion but are also greatly delighted in seeing our vision—enriching the quality of community life—being realized.
I was born and raised in Iraq. My father was a very successful civil engineer and I grew up going to work with him often, thus fostering my love for construction at a very young age. While in Iraq I worked not just with construction companies but also with nonprofit organizations focused on community development. I moved to Columbus, Ohio in 2012 and started working construction and remodeling jobs and started 180 property development in 2016. I love to be apart of complete transformations whether it be homes, communities or even people. Building, remodeling, and/or transforming spaces that were once lifeless and abandoned is a passion and I do it with joy.
Away from the job site you might find me out and about Columbus having fun with my bride of 5 years and our Three beautiful daughters.
Growing up in a super-fast-pace, highly-congested metropolitan city like Hong Kong, having a tranquil, living space for myself was an absolute necessity in order to maintain sanity and a sense of well-being. This innate desire to find inner-peace through rejuvenating, living environments compelled me to come to the US to study Interior Design. Eventually, I obtained a BFA in Interior Design from the Columbus College of Art & Design, and a MA from OSU in Environmental Design, with an emphasis on Environmental Behavior (a study of the effects of man-made environment on human behavior). This particular interest in Environmental Behavior led me to a career of designing Retail Environments which included the Limited, the Express, and the Bath & Body Works stores, in the past 10 years.
However, over the last 2 years, my personal interest in Environmental Behavior has gradually transpired back to my early, desire--designing rejuvenating, living environments—only this time, creating transformative, environments which encourage social interactions, and build communities.
